CVTEK, LLC (a Joint Venture between Choisys and ValidaTek, Inc) is a prime contractor for the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Programmatic, Engineering and Logistics Support 8(a) Incubator program.

NIWC Atlantic meets our nation’s demands for uninterrupted vigilance, fail-safe cyber security, adaptive response and engineering excellence by delivering secure, integrated and innovative solutions to many naval, joint and national agencies. NIWC Atlantic has requirements for C5ISR electronics and communications services and solutions in support of mission capabilities within its Portfolio mission areas.

The scope of this contract covers the spectrum of non-inherently governmental services and solutions associated with full system lifecycle support including research, development, test, evaluation, maintenance, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR), Information Operations, Enterprise Information Services (EIS) and Space capabilities. Additional support requires Program Management, Financial Management, and DoD Acquisition Life Cycle expertise and experience.
